Hi, I'm Kate!

I've worked both within the NHS and independently as a health coach for almost 9 years. (Before that I worked as a midwife!)

I've got a Master's degree in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health and I'm a certified Nutrition Coach.

It's been my mission for the past 4 years to help comfort-eaters and late-night snackers to completely transform their relationship with food and reach their weight-loss goals by rewiring their mindset.

  • Is the Mindset Reset Workshop series right for me?
    The Mindset Reset Workshop is for… - Someone who has struggled with comfort-eating, late-night snacking and/or yo-yo dieting for years and feel that their relationship with food has been holding them back from reaching their weight-loss goals. - Comfort-eaters who feel stuck between the desire to reach their weight-loss goals and healthy-eating goals, but want to find a way to do this without giving up the foods and snacks that they love and enjoying. - Individuals who tend to eat well during the day, but then find themselves turning to higher-calorie foods a lot more in the evenings or when they’re feeling low, bored or stressed. - Someone who does really well with their weight-loss plan for a few weeks or months, but then seems to hit an internal wall that stops them from going any further and causes them to go back to their previous eating habits.
  • What if I can’t make the live trainings? Will it be recorded?
    If you can’t make one of the training sessions, don’t worry – all three live trainings will be recorded and available to watch for just a few days following the live training until the end of the week on the Mindset Reset Workshop Dashboard. After this they will be taken down. That being said, I recommend doing your best to join the live training sessions as much as possible as we’ll be running through some interactive exercises during the sessions and I’ll be answering questions in the discussion as we go through the training.   • You say the workshops are interactive – Do I have to be on camera or put my mic on to take part?
    Nope. There is no need to turn on your camera or microphone to take part – The interactive aspects of the workshop will take place in the chat during the sessions (which is also entirely optional), and in between the sessions by carrying out the daily micro-actions you’ll be set by me!
  • How long are the workshops?
    So, since this is the first time I’ve run this workshop series, honestly – I don’t know! But I’m estimating that each of the workshops will last between 25-45 minutes, with time available at the end for questions.
  • Why are you running this free workshop? What’s the catch?
    This 3-part workshop is completely free and you are not obligated to purchase anything by attending. I created the Mindset Reset workshop because there is a massive gap in the health and wellbeing space when it comes to supporting comfort-eaters with their eating habits, relationship with food and weight-loss goals and I wanted to fill it! So yes, this workshop is 100% free. That being said, I want to be completely transparent here and let you know that I will be extending an invite at the end of the workshop series for us to continue working together towards your goals through my new course and program – Never Diet Again (if this is something that you’d like to explore). As part of the Mindset Reset Workshop series, I will be offering attendees an exclusive offer relating to Never Diet Again, but this is of course entirely optional and no pressure here. Whether or not you decide to enrol in Never Diet Again, you’ll get so much value and handy tools from the Mindset Reset Workshop, it’s worth joining us so you’ll be able to get started on working on your mindset on your own either way.
  • Who is this workshop series NOT suitable for?
    This workshop series is not suitable for anybody who is under the age of 18, neither for anyone who has been diagnosed with an eating-disorder (sorry – that’s outside the scope of this workshop). This series is also not suitable for anyone looking for a quick-fix fad diet, or someone who enjoys wildly restrictive dieting or someone looking to lose weight in an unsustainable way.
